I found this book to offer more in-depth 100 activities, as in the title, ways of expanding your abilities, such as addressing psychic pathways, gut health, using astrological charts, decorating with intention, to taking your focus off someone who is triggering you. The book even comes with a few quizzes to access yourself along the way.

I love this book because the author gives you clear and direct steps on how to do everything she is talking about. The steps are clear and broken down, so you can do the activity and understand why you’re doing it. If you want to know the ins and outs (of being an Empath) and why things are done a certain way, this is the book for you.
